The vision of Glad Tidings is very simple. We are striving to develop biblically-grounded believers who will reflect Christ’s Character. It is our passion to train believers in the truths of God’s Word, helping to equip them to be adequately prepared to share and defend their faith in a world that is often antagonistic to the truths of Scripture. The teaching of God’s Word will be at the very center of all we do at Glad Tidings with our adults, youth and children.
Four core values are at the heart of this biblically-grounded vision. First, it is vital that God’s people worship together. Every Sunday we have opportunity to gather for corporate worship where the presence of God can be experienced and all elements of the worship service are both vital and meaningful. Second, we desire to learn together. Each service has a strong Bible teaching element and we also provide a very extensive Christian Education program. Learning the Word of God is paramount to Christian discipleship. Third, we seek to provide venues where believers can connect together in meaningful relationships. Small groups, Sunday school classes and a variety of ministry opportunities provide ample opportunities to connect with other believers. Finally, it is our hope that everyone will serve together. Serving is part of what fulfills the believer and makes the Christian life abundant. With that in mind we offer many exciting ministry opportunities where everyone can use their gifts and talents for the Kingdom.

"Adults are faced with many challenges today that can become overwhelming, even debilitating. In John 8:31 - 32 Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." God's word teaches us that these challenges can be met through a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. At Glad Tidings we are dedicated to helping people "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ." Through Sunday School, Small Groups, Fellowship Groups and various ministries, adults can find the spiritual health and growth in Christ that will set them free to meet the challenges they face each day."

"Youth today are faced with multiple choices and opportunities, yet few offer clear direction. At Youth Works we want to be an anchor and source of help for young people as they attempt to find themselves and their path in life. We want to share Godly principles that can be applied on a daily basis to help make the right choice about everything. Jobs, relationships, finances, happiness...God has the answer to each one. Our focus is to make each answer real to every young person who is seeking to better themselves and their relationship with God. Our focus is clear: to help those who are hurting, love those who need to feel wanted, and show them all the love of Christ. God's Word, His blessings and His principles will be our focus always."

"We enjoy a variety of styles of music in our services through worship, the ministry of the Sanctuary Choir, the Praise and Worship Team, as well as many gifted soloists and ensembles. We are passionate about finding the heart of God for every service.
Glad Tidings music/drama department also takes great pride in offering the highest quality of seasonal productions in the area. Preparation begins months in advance as we wish to maintain a high standard of excellence in ministry.
Our vision is to reach the entire community using music and the arts as an evangelistic tool. Our desire is that all our worship give "blessing and honor and glory and power" to Him who sits on the throne forever and ever."
