Glad Tidings values and encourages the use of all of the gifts of the Spirit noted in Romans 12, Ephesians 4, and 1 Corinthians 12. It is important to us that the vocal gifts (prophecy, tongues, and interpretation of tongues) be used in a manner consistent with Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 14, with body edification and concern for the lost or unlearned being first and foremost.
