Kevin Holt

Kevin Holt, Senior Pastor

 


Kevin is a native of Muncie, graduating from Burris High School and Glad Tidings is his home church.  He has been the senior pastor of Glad Tidings since November of 1999 and prior to that, he pastored in Winchester (1989-1999) and Morocco (1985-1989).  He is married to Sheila and they have two grown children, Kyle and Kayla.  He received his B.A. from Central Bible College in Springfield, MO in 1985, his Masters of Theological Studies from Anderson University School of Theology in 2008, and will earn his Doctor of Ministry degree from there in 2012.  He enjoys running, reading, and playing golf. 

Favorite verse: 2 Peter 1:3, “seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness…”

 

Coleman Barlow

Coleman Barlow, Senior Adult Pastor



Coleman is a native of Eaton, IN and attended Indiana University and Valley Forge Christian College in Pennsylvania. He joined Glad Tidings’ staff in July 2009.  Coleman and his late wife, Nancy, have a son, Mathew, wife Eva, 2 grandsons, and 2 great-granddaughters.  He has ministered for 55 years in several churches. He enjoys reading, Lionel trains, and model building. 

Favorite verse:  
John 1: 1-3, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made."


 

Josh Johnson

Josh Johnson, Student Ministries Pastor

 

 

Josh was born in Muncie, IN, has lived in Evansville, IN and Medina, OH,  and is a graduate of Medina Christian Academy.  He joined Glad Tidings’ staff in October 2010 as youth pastor and formerly served in Akron, OH for 4 years.  Josh is married to Angel who received her B.A. degree in Art Education and he received his B.A. in History from Akron University. He enjoys paintball, sports, reading, and food. 

Favorite verse:  
Psalm 103:2-5, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s."

 

Anna Feola

Anna Feola, Director of Worship and Fine Arts

 


Anna has lived in 6 U.S. cities and 2 foreign countries.  She is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Center and Missions School in Uppsala, Sweden.   She was home schooled and she and her husband, Anthony, are currently home schooling their daughters, Elise, Alivia, and Emma. Anna joined the staff in February 2011 after serving at Phoenix First Assembly for 5 ½ years. Her ministry experience there included choir, keyboards, vocalist, worship leader, women’s ministry and teaching Sunday University. Anna’s hobbies include reading, composing music, and “crazy-dancing” with her girls when nobody is watching.  

Favorite Verse:  Psalm 42:8 “The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me—a prayer to the God of my life.”

 

Kyle Holt

Kyle Holt, College Ministry / Team 56 Director

 

 

Kyle was born in Rensselaer, IN but spent several years in Winchester before moving to Muncie at age 12.  He is a 2006 graduate of Southside High School and gained his B.A. degree in Biblical Literature & Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan in 2008.  Kyle joined the church staff in July 2009 and he married Sara in the summer of 2010. Sara is attending Ball State University and will receive her B.A. in Elementary Education.

Favorite verse:  Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

 

Lori Ramsey

Lori Ramsey, Senior Pastor's Assistant

 

 

Lori grew up in Muncie and graduated from Southside High School and attended Ball State University.  She has been Pastor Kevin’s assistant since August 2004 and worked at Cowan Elementary School for 8 years prior to joining Glad Tidings’ staff.  Lori is married to Reeder and they have three grown children, Nick, Brian, and Sara, husband Kyle.  Lori also has four-legged children, Princess Amelia, Lily, and Zoey Mable and enjoys fitness walking, reading, and singing on the church’s praise and worship team and in the choir.

You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thoughts afar off.  You comprehend my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.  For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, O LORD, You know it altogether.  You have hedged me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me."

 

Paula Mangus

Paula Mangus, Director of Programming

 

 

Paula grew up in Gaston, IN, graduated from Wes-Del High School, attended Ball State University 1988-1990, and attended World Harvest Bible Institute 1993-1994.  She joined the church staff in August 2007 and has previously served as children’s ministry director and worked alongside her husband who has been youth pastor in Muncie and Martinsville, IN.  Paula and her husband, Bobby, have 3 daughters, Madisen, Kenadee, and Kaci.

Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things."


Maria French

Maria French, Director of Communications

 

 

Maria is from Westport, IN and graduated from South Decatur High school. She became a part of the staff in April 2011. She and her husband, Charlie, have 2 sons, Aaron and Isaac. She received her B.S. in English and Journalism education from Ball State University.  She taught high school English and journalism from 1996-2001, has volunteered with various church ministries for over 25 years, and is a certified Natural Health Professional and Herbal Specialist since 2005.  Maria enjoys gardening, photography, and spending time with family.

Favorite verse:  Philippians 4:6-7, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understand will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."


Pixie Boze

Pixie Boze, Receptionist


Pixie is from Indianapolis and graduated from Arlington High School.  She became a part of the staff in May 2010.  She has been involved with Feed the Hungry at Le Sea Ministries. She is married to Jeff and they have 2 daughters, Emily and Anna, and 5 grandchildren.

Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
