Program Times and Locations
All of the following nurseries, classes, and programs take place on Sunday at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Infant through 4th grade childcare is available during Wednesday night services at 7:00 p.m.

Infant Nursery (birth-17 months)
Near the Main Sanctuary
Babies from newborns to 17 months old are lovingly cared for in our infant nursery located near the main sanctuary. The infant nursery has been beautifully decorated with vivid colors and designed to fit the needs of our smallest church members. All parents of young children are given a pager in case they are needed while they attend a class or the adult worship service.

Toddler Nursery (18-35 months)
Education Wing – Room 202
The toddler nursery and hallway usher little ones (18-35 months) into the Garden of Eden where they are offered fun, Christ-centered curriculum during the Sunday morning services. The earlier a child is exposed to the truth of the love of Jesus, the earlier they can begin a relationship with Him. This nursery is located in the children’s education wing. All parents of young children are given a pager in case they are needed while they attend a class or the adult worship service.

Preschool Classes (3 year old and 4 year old classes)
Education Wing – Rooms 104 and 108
Three and four year old children meet in separate classrooms located in the children’s education wing during the Sunday morning services. Their classrooms resemble the outdoors of a biblical town. Teachers share the Bible in a variety of ways with this group as they learn from God’s Word about His love for children.

Kids Church (age 5-5th grade)
Education Wing – Kids Chapel
Elementary age children enjoy the view from the inside and outside of Noah’s Ark for the Kids Chapel. All children’s classrooms have been decorated to bring the Bible to life through visual imagery on the walls.

Junior Bible Quiz:
JBQ allows children to compete individually and as a team against other churches in Indiana. Children gain an invaluable amount of Bible knowledge while participating in this program. All children ages K-6th grade can participate and practices are held each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m.
Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge:
Each Sunday, BGMC is highlighted through a giving contest during Game Plan. Children bring in change weekly and the contest is judged the last Sunday of each month. This money is sent to help missionaries purchase curriculum and other resources to reach the lost around the world with the gospel of Christ.
Party Time:
From “Weird-n-Wacky Night” to the “Back to School Bash”, parties are offered several times each year for the children to enjoy a time of celebration and all-out fun. To ensure that the parties are age-appropriate for games and activities, we invite only those children ages 5-5th grade to attend. Their friends are always welcome.
Community Outreach:
Four opportunities to reach out to the community are offered each year through Easter Fun, Vacation Bible School, Sports Camp, and Fall Festival. All of these events take place on the Glad Tidings campus and are open to our church family and the community.
