Adult Sunday School
Sunday school classes for adults are our way to encourage intentional discipleship through learning about God’s Word and also to build meaningful relationships. Below you will find a description of the classes.
Adult Sunday School Classes:
Bob Scroggins' class for newly weds and/or parents with small children - Room 107 at 9:30 a.m.
Bob Scroggins teaches a class in room 107 at 9:30 a.m. This class’ primary focus is on newly married couples and parents with small children. Bob’s style of teaching is video-driven biblical topics including marriage and parenting.
Charlie & Maria French's class for adults of any age or stage in life - Room 203 at 9:30 a.m.
Charlie & Maria French facilitate a class in room 203 at 9:30 a.m. that is primarily composed of couples. This class is video-driven and covers subjects that pertain to marriage, parenting, and personal spiritual growth.
Steve Bundy's class - Room 101 at 9:30 a.m.
Steve Bundy teaches a class in room 101 at 9:30 a.m. that spans a variety of ages and includes those who are single and married. His teaching style is topical, grounded in the biblical text, and uses both lecture and interactive activities.
Joe Stark's class on the application of scripture to everyday life -Conference Room at 9:30 a.m.
Joe Stark teaches in the conference room at 9:30 a.m. The class is made up of those who enjoy a conversational and interactive style of teaching that seeks to go beyond the superficial and explore the deep truths of Scripture and how they apply to everyday life.
Rose Bundy's class for those ages 50 and older - Room 103 at 9:30 a.m.
Rose Bundy teaches a 9:30 a.m. class in room 103 that includes those 50 years of age and older, married and single. Her topical teaching style is grounded in the biblical text, and uses both lecture and interactive activities.
Ed Johnson's class for those ages 50 and older - Commons at 9:30 a.m.
Ed Johnson’s class meets in the Commons at 9:30 a.m. The class make-up includes ages 50 and older, single and married. Ed’s teaching style is topical, is grounded in biblical text, and includes lecture and interactive activities.
Larry Matheny's class for persons of all ages - Room 101 at 11:00 a.m.
Larry Matheny teaches a class that involved persons of all ages. His teaching is generally topical, and encourages reflection, discussion, and participant feedback.
Don Holt's class for senior adults - Conference Room at 11:00 a.m.
Don Holt’s class for senior adults is at 11:00 a.m. in the Commons. His teaching style is in-depth biblical teaching that uses chapter by chapter, verse by verse methodology.
