Bookstore Associates
Serve monthly in the bookstore and are trained to operate the cash register.

Bulletin Folders
Serve monthly on Friday afternoon to fold weekend services bulletins.

Children's Ministry Assistants and Teachers
Serve children ages 3 through 4th grade in our Kids Port wing.

Choir
Candidates audition to join the choir. Rehearsal is held each Wednesday evening and prior to first service on Sunday morning. The choir participates in both morning services.

Christian Ministries of Delaware County
Volunteer quarterly to bag and distribute food at their facility on Main St. downtown. Watch the bulletin for dates.

Chuck Wagon
Mobile food pantry volunteers deliver groceries, and pray for those in need in area neighborhoods. Volunteers gather on the third Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. to sort and distribute food. Click here for a list of items to donate. Donations can be dropped of at the counter near The Commons entrance.

Connection Partners
Call guests once they have attended service four times to let them know about opportunities to connect and answer any questions they may have about the church. Men and women callers are needed and training and information are provided.

Deaf Ministry Interpretors
Serve during the Sunday 11:00 a.m. service and other events for our hearing impaired congregants.

Greeters
Serve monthly to welcome those attending services as they enter our facilities.
|
Guest Cookie Bakers
Bake cookies for our first time guests.
|
Hospitality Room Hosts
Make coffee prior to first service, greet, and fellowship with those that gather in the hospitality room.

Kids' Check-in Assistants
Serve monthly prior to both morning services to register children for classes (minimal computer knowledge is required).

Sutton Elementary School Outreach
There are a variety of volunteer opportunities at Sutton. Click here to watch a video about this ministry.
- Serve on a rotating schedule to make and distribute popcorn on Friday mornings.
- KIDS HOPE USA ~ mentor a child one hour each week during the school year. Training is provided.
- All Pro Dad ~ this ministry encourages dads to be a positive role model to their children. Volunteers serve breakfast and build relationships with the men and children on the first Friday of each month.
- Collect Box Tops for Education to help teachers earn free resources for classrooms.
- Multiple other volunteer opportunities exist both in classrooms, and in the school office.

Praise and Worship Band

Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of church facilities.

Nursery Volunteers
Serve monthly in either the newborn-17 months nursery or the 18-35 months nursery to provide love and care for babies and toddlers.

Small Group Hosts
Open their homes for a small group to meet and fellowship on a regular basis.
|
Small Group Leaders
Meet regularly to lead the study of God’s Word and build meaningful relationships among the group. Training is offered twice a year for those wanting to lead.

Ushers
Serve monthly, distributing bulletins and assisting with seating in the sanctuary.

Welcome Center Hosts
Welcome guests by giving them a gift, assis with event sign-ups, and answer questions congregants may have about events and services.
