Our Hartford City campus officially launched on Sunday, October 11 of 2020. Join us on Sunday for service, come a little early for coffee and fellowship, and we have children’s ministry classes during both services every week for newborn - grade 5.

Meet the Pastor
Josh Johnson
In 2010, God called Angel and me to join the staff at Glad Tidings in the role of Student Ministries Pastor. Our hearts were drawn to this church because of the preaching and leadership of Pastor Kevin, the vision and mission of the church, and the incredible investment that Glad Tidings makes in the local community. For the last few years we have felt God calling us to do a new work for His kingdom, and after much prayer, we knew that God was calling us to plant a Glad Tidings Church Campus in Hartford City. It was in Hartford City, at Lake Placid over 20 years ago during a summer camp, that I received my call into ministry, and to have the privilege to pastor in the very city where I was called is truly an honor.
We desire to pastor a life-giving church that is for the whole family, that would have an atmosphere that feels like home. For the last 14 years I have worked in ministry across all ages, from student and young adult ministries to serving senior adults. I believe this experience has uniquely equipped me to pastor a church that reaches the entire family. The GT vision to develop biblically sound believers doesn’t just apply to adults; we are passionate about seeing all ages come to know God and be shaped by the word.
