There are many needs in our community, and there are many Christians working to help meet those needs. Glad Tidings provides regular support to the following ministries:

We also have an Assemblies of God campus ministry, Chi Alpha, at Ball State University.  You can support Chi Alpha by praying for the campus ministers, becoming a partner family for an international student, providing occasional food or resources, and more.

BGMC is the AG missions program for kids that instills a heart of compassion to reach the lost through praying, giving, and going. All funds raised through BGMC go to meet critical needs around the world such as feeding programs, water wells, Bible schools, curriculum, and whatever else a missionary needs in their part of the world. It’s a true fact that among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, most were initially called to be missionaries while they were children!

Speed the Light (STL)

Speed the Light is a student-initiated, volunteer, charitable program that provides much-needed equipment to missionaries across the nation and in over 180 countries around the world. Since its inception in 1944, Speed the Light has become one of the most effective youth missions ministries in existence, raising over $300 million for missionary equipment around the world.

In the great commission, Jesus said, go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.

Part of our vision is to reach beyond the walls of our church to reflect Christ’s character in our neighborhood, our city, and our world.

Below you will find some of the initiatives we support.
